Niall is a poet and writer. His idea of poetry is one of urban shamanism and this includes street-level studies of the poetic history of London and beyond. Niall is an influential participant in the London and UK psychogeographical movement and has collaborated with Iain Sinclair, Robert Montgomery, John Crow, Aidan Andrew Dun, Tina Richardson, Mythogeography, Max Reeves and more. Some of his work features in the anthology Urban Shamanism: A London Poetopographical. His third book Firing Slits: Jerusalem Colportage, is published by New River Press, a collection of prose poems, lyrics, epigrams and journals documenting his walks in Jerusalem/Al Quds in late 2014. Transportation will be provided from the Notre Dame Center near New Gate by the Old City.
