Conferences

Tantur's spacious facilities and peaceful courtyard gardens, make it a venue of choice for many local, national and multinational organizations, groups and institutions. It has a large auditorium that is capable of seating 130 people complete with audio visual, high speed broadband internet access and excellent acoustics.

The dining room is capable of comfortably sitting 120 people with a well-lit atmosphere. There is a full-time kitchen staff that prides itself on its local reputation as being one of the best institutional dining services in the Holy Land.

Meeting Rooms

Auditorium:

  • $200 USD - half day (up to 4 hours)
  • $350 USD - full day

Notre Dame Room/Chapel Seminar Room/ Library Seminar Room/ Bethlehem Room/Reading Rooms:

  • $80 USD - half day (up to 4 hours)
  • $120 USD - full day

Please note that we cannot offer room reservations on an hourly basis.

Meals

  • Breakfast $8.00 USD/pp
  • Lunch $15.00 USD/pp
  • Dinner $18.00 USD/pp

Breaks

Break (includes hot water, tea, instant coffee and biscuits).

  • $3 USD per person for one break
  • $6 USD per person for two breaks

Guest Rooms

Pricing is dependent upon guest room configuration

  • $60 - $85 USD - bed and breakfast
  • $70 - $95 USD - half board (bed, breakfast, and either lunch or dinner)
  • $80 - $105 USD - full board

Submissions for proposed programming should be made through the Jerusalem Global Gateway Proposal Form.
