International Student & Scholar Affairs (ISSA) will host International Student Orientation from Wednesday, August 20 through Thursday, August 21, 2014, in the Jordan Hall of Science.
International Student and Scholar Affairs
International students and scholars — more than 1,400 from over 90 countries — are an integral part of Notre Dame’s vibrant campus culture.
International Student and Scholar Affairs (ISSA) offers a variety of support services and programs to help international students and scholars make the most out of their time at the University. ISSA coordinates educational and cultural programs and events throughout the year to help international students, scholars and families feel at home in the United States.
In addition, ISSA provides immigration service, guidance, and support to Notre Dame-sponsored international students, J-1 scholars and their dependents. ISSA staff members also educate and remind international students about immigration rules, responsibilities, deadlines and benefits.
Fall 2014 ESL for International Spouses class registration will take place on Wednesday, August 27 from 9:00am to 11:00am in the lower level of the Sacred Heart Parish Center.
International graduate students and scholars are invited to The World on Tap, a monthly social at Rohr's.
