Claudia Correa is the student life & program coordinator at the University of Notre Dame Santiago Global Center.

Correa facilitates the integration of the ND students into the Chile Program, including their family housing and immersion into Chilean culture. She also coordinates numerous cultural trips and initiatives during the semester, helps the students to integrate into their new environment, and is responsible for managing several administrative, financial and logistic aspects of the Santiago Global Center.

She previously (2009-2020) worked as Teach in Chile and Student Life coordinator for the CIEE (Council for International Exchange Education), so she has been involved in international and intercultural education for over a decade.

Correa holds a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching from Universidad de los Andes and a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He also holds a diploma in the Teaching of Spanish as a Second language. Her areas of expertise are, language acquisition , language teaching and literature.

Correa also works as a freelance English teacher and as an international English tets’ examiner for Richmond Santillana in Santiago, Chile.
