Jiries Adballah was appointed as cook at the University of Notre Dame - Jerusalem Global Gateway in April 2023. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adballah is responsible for helping the head chef prepare meals and events on campus. He has a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes and takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction.
A past employee at our campus, Adballah also worked at the Austrian Pilgrim-Hospice and Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem. He obtained his Professional Chef Diploma from Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center.
