As an Assistant Director of Study Abroad, Laura Stipic works closely with students before, during, and after their study abroad experiences. She advises for all programs based in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Denmark, Germany, and Russia.
Through her own time abroad spent studying in Italy and Costa Rica, working in Australia, Rwanda, and France, and traveling throughout Europe, Southeast Asia and East Africa, Stipic can attest to the transformative power an international experience can hold. In this role, she hopes to inspire others to continually explore and discover the world, allowing them to witness firsthand the immense value of a cross-cultural understanding.
Prior to her current position, Stipic worked with both Partners in Health in Rwanda and served as a Student Services Specialist on-site with a study abroad program in France while completing her degree at the Middlebury Institute.
Stipic holds a M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine.
