As of August 2022, Simone De Cristofaris works as the space management and faculty support coordinator for the Rome Global Gateway. In this capacity, he manages classroom and conference space, supports event planning and contributes to event implementation, and provides logistical assistance to faculty.
De Cristofaris has started his work at the University of Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway in January 2014 as receptionist and handyman.
In his spare time, he plays soccer and dedicates time to his family and children, Thomas and Ludovica.
