American Short-Term Programs
Notre Dame International (NDI) offers a variety of short-term programs for international high school and university students, and for overseas high school counselors. The summer short-term programs provide hands-on and intensive academic, cultural, and leadership experiences at Notre Dame. Students in these programs work directly with Notre Dame faculty in the classrooms and the laboratories, and go on academic and cultural excursions outside of the classrooms. Summer programs vary in length from two to eight weeks and take place during the summer months of May through August, which offer the best opportunity to experience life on the beautiful campus of Notre Dame.
In addition to the short-term summer programs, Notre Dame International also offers opportunities to exceptional international undergraduate students enrolled in universities around the world to study abroad at Notre Dame for a semester or an academic year. The Undergraduate Exchange Program and the American Semester Abroad Program (ASAP) are credit-bearing programs that allow international students to take 12-18 credits per semester at the University. Students will receive an official Notre Dame transcript upon completion of the program.
