The Liu Institute for Asia and Asian Studies and the Kellogg Institute for International Studies present Timothy Roemer, Former Ambassador to India (2009-2011).  Tim Roemer is a Michiana native, a six-term US congressman (1991-2003) and a Notre Dame alum (Ph.D. 1985).
