Former President of Chile Ricardo Lagos to address LASA in Chicago

Ricardo Lagos will deliver the inaugural Guillermo O’Donnell Memorial Lecture at the Latin American Studies Association (LASA) Congress in Chicago, on May 21, 2014. The first annual lecture established by the Kellogg Institute for International Studies honors Guillermo O’Donnell, who served as the Institute’s founding director.
