Blind Spots: Why We Aren't As Ethical As Think We Are
In partnership with the Estudar Foundation and Insper, Notre Dame International will hold a free MasterClass on ethics in the business world, led by David E. Gallow Professor of Business Ethics Ann Tenbrunsel.
Dr. Tenbrunsel's current work focuses on the psychology of decision making: examining why employees, leaders, and students behave in an unethical way, despite their efforts in the opposite direction. She is the author, co-author, or coeditor of six books on this topic including Blind Spots (with Max Bazerman), and her research has been featured in the New York Times, US News & World Report, NBC, ABC, The Guardian, Washington Post, Harvard Business Review and Forbes, among many others.
