International Moot Court on Religious Freedom

March 5 – 6, 2020

For the past four years, teams of Notre Dame Law students have participated in an international moot court competition on religious freedom that is the brainchild of Professor Andrea Pin of the University of Padua. The event brings together teams of law students from Italy, the United Kingdom, Russia, the United States, and Belgium. Students argue a case involving religious freedom before distinguished judges and lawyers from various countries.
