The pandemic has brought uncertainty and challenges to Chinese students currently studying or planning to study outside of China and caused anxiety and confusion among students and their parents. As parents, how do you effectively communicate with your child to help yourselves and your child ease the anxiety and become better equipped to face the uncertainties?

The Notre Dame Beijing Global Gateway has invited Dr. Weiyang Xie, staff psychologist from the University Counseling Center, to discuss this important topic from a psychological perspective and to teach parents how to apply psychological knowledge in easing anxiety.
