Class of 2015
Saint Paul’s Secondary School, Hong Kong
Full Scholarship Recipient
I am from Hong Kong. A proud member of the Class of 2015, I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double-majoring in finance and film, television & theatre.
In the summer of 2016, I moved back to my hometown and began to pursue a career in something I was very passionate about, which was made possible through the comprehensive multi-disciplinary experiences I obtained during my four years at Notre Dame.
As a senior associate consultant at Prophet, a global brand and marketing consultancy firm, I work with a world-class team every day to bring innovative and insightful brand solutions to clients around the world. Prior to that, I interned and worked at global companies including Ernst & Young, Disney, and Citibank. My time at the Mendoza College of Business played a pivotal role in shaping me into the conscientious business professional I strive to be today. My experience at Mendoza has provided me with invaluable guidance throughout the years and continuously reminds me to ask more of business.
During my free time, I continue to assist local communities through various non-profit organizations, building upon my volunteer experiences at Notre Dame by serving children and their families. I am currently working with the Council of Early Childhood Education and Services to bring extracurricular programs to underprivileged young students in Hong Kong.

I graduated from Notre Dame summa cum laude in 2015 with a degree in Accounting and Mathematics. I live in Chicago now and am working as a management consultant for the Strategy and Operations group under Deloitte Consulting LLP. I chose a consulting career because of the opportunities to help Fortune 500 companies solve complex business problems as well as being able to travel and work in different places. I've had projects in Mexico City, Atlanta, New York City, and I'm currently on a 9-month assignment in Los Angeles.
Notre Dame provided me with many opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. My favorite class was Acting, which challenged me to do something different and exercise humility. With the help of Notre Dame's Career Center, I attended Deloitte University in Dallas for the NextGen National Leadership Conference in the summer after my freshman year. The following summer, I completed a rotational internship with Deloitte in Tax, Business Valuation and Real Estate Consulting. I also attended leadership conferences organized by Blackstone, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank during my sophomore year. I accepted a full time position with Deloitte Consulting after a summer internship in Consulting. I became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after passing all four parts of the CPA exam.
I had a great time at Notre Dame. It was the people that made the place so special for me. When I first came to Notre Dame, my friends had to drag me to football games and hockey games and had to explain the very basics to me. Now, I’m the most passionate Irish fan and attended 9 out of 12 games during the first year after my graduation. I've hiked, skied, and surfed all across the country and backpacked through Europe with some of the amazing people I met at Notre Dame. I received excellent guidance and counseling from my professional mentors and my supervisors who helped me stay on track while pursuing my academic and professional goals.
In the next few years, I plan to continue my career in Consulting, spend time with my family and friends, meet new people, attend more Notre Dame football games, and continue to travel and see the world.
