The Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Conference aims to bring together intellectuals from the University of Notre Dame, Universidade de São Paulo, foundations, industry, and policy groups to discuss matters including but not limited to economic law, human rights, transparency, constitutional law, accountability, and racial inequality. This comparative perspective and sharing of knowledge can support legal and policy analysis as well as design recommendations that take into account specific aspects of Brazilian society and institutions. A panel presentation composed of faculty members from the University of Notre Dame and the Universidad de São Paulo will lead the discussions. The Panel will address and delve into the topic of rule of law, its implications, and impact. At the conclusion of the moderated presentation, the panel will take questions from the audience.
