IT Solutions Coordinator
Osman provides consulting services and technical support to our London-based students, faculty, and staff. Most recently, Osman worked with LexisNexis as a Service Desk Analyst on their global help desk providing Level 1 & 2 technical support. Osman earned his City & Guilds Level 3 ICT Professional Extended Diploma before attending Lambeth College. Osman has been working in IT for the past five years, started as an apprentice, and thought it would be something to explore further. He worked in various roles in IT support, from help desk to system analyst, as well as onsite support, mainly working with managed service providers.
Osman tends to enjoy a bit of travel in his spare time and reading tech blogs / forums as a form of self-development.
