Afaf Shaheen was appointed as kitchen steward at the University of Notre Dame – Jerusalem Global Gateway in March 2023 and is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen area. She has excellent interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of appropriate cleanliness standards.
Shaheen has more than 8 years of experience working as a kitchen kteward and holds a diploma in Pre-School Management. Before joining Notre Dame, Shaheen worked at Talitha Kumi Educational Center.
