Angel Zambrano

Angel Zambrano was appointed Associate Director of Financial Operations and Administration in April 2024.

Prior to joining NDG, Zambrano served the Notre Dame Finance Division for 9 years, having joined shortly after graduating from Notre Dame in 2015. Zambrano has held a variety of positions within the Controller’s Office, most recently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst within Accounting & Financial Services. He’s also spent time working closely with the Accounts Payable, Research & Sponsored Program Accounting, Procurement, Treasury Services, and Tax groups within the Finance Division. Zambrano earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics from Mendoza in 2019 while working full time. In addition to Notre Dame, Zambrano has also worked at Warner Bros. Discovery where he was a member of their Latin American General Counsel’s Office as well as the Latin American Ad Sales and Strategic Planning group.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Zambrano spent most of his upbringing between Cape Coral, FL and Knoxville, TN. He’s an avid car enthusiast and enjoys playing with his cats, visiting Lake Michigan, and getting together with his parents and sister for their weekly board game night.
