Jiries Asfour

Jiries Asfour started working at Tantur in 2015. He manages the financial aspects of all of the University of Notre Dame at Tantur activities, including banking, bookkeeping, budgeting, and producing financial reports for Main Campus and other local departments (Tantur Ecumenical Institute & Notre Dame Jerusalem). He is also responsible for procurement.

Asfour received his BA degree in Accounting from Bethlehem University, Palestine. He holds a CPA license from the United States in 2011, as well as a CPA license from Palestine in 2012.

Asfour was a senior auditor with one of the international audit firms located in Palestine and worked as a financial manager for a large Tourist Agency in Israel.

Asfour is married and lives with his family in Jerusalem.
