Kendal Jones joined the London Global Gateway in 2018, and was appointed as Program Coordinator in 2021. In her current role, Kendal is charged with the coordination of academic programs and serves as the first point of contact for students and faculty.
Prior to joining the University of Notre Dame, Kendal worked in the education sector in the UK and Spain, and is a qualified teacher in primary education. Most recently she was appointed as a teacher and sustainability coordinator at a London primary school, where she also provided training and mentoring to students pursuing teaching degrees.
Kendal earned a BA degree in Archaeology and Art History from the University of Manchester. She also has a PGCE in Primary Education from the University of Roehampton, and a Diploma in Higher Education in International Business and Japanese from the University of Central Lancashire. She has a wide range of interests, but can mostly be found exploring the British countryside or with her nose inside a book.
