Maggie Dankert

Maggie Dankert serves as Director for Academic Strategy and Partnerships. In this new role, she will provide direct support for the strategic growth of NGI’s global network programs, partnerships, and research to strengthen the University’s overall internationalization. She works closely with the University’s colleges, schools, and other divisions to discern from their faculty, staff and students what projects, programs, and initiatives should come into being through partnership with NGI, including its global locations.

Maggie has more than a decade of experience in the administration of international higher education. Before coming to Notre Dame, she served as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs at an American university in Kuwait and Director of Campus Administration and Student Support at an international branch campus in Uzbekistan. She has also lived in Nepal, South Korea, and Japan.

Maggie earned her bachelors in cultural anthropology from the University of South Carolina and her masters in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
