Marcus Barides was appointed kitchen steward at Notre Dame Jerusalem in December 2022 and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards to ensure the kitchen stays clean and organized to help the chefs do their work properly.
Barides is a resident of the Christian Quarter in Jerusalem’s Old City. He is currently completing his diploma in Optometry at Afaq College.
