Philippe Magnani strives for excellence and has a desire to create a ‘home away from home’ for our ND family and guests with his team.
Magnani has been a hospitality manager in many fine establishments on the island of Ireland as well as in various locations around the world (France/USA/New Zealand). He has a strong interest in Oenology, Sommelerie & mixology.
Magnani holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Paris XIII University, he speaks English, French & Spanish. His main interests are geopolitics, history & religions.
