Zhaoying Hu

Zhaoying Hu joined Notre Dame Beijing in October 2023.

After obtaining her Master of Education degree from the University of British Columbia in 2016, Zhaoying worked at multiple universities in Canada managing international learning programs for students and international research collaborations for faculty members. Prior to joining Notre Dame Beijing, Zhaoying was an EducationUSA adviser at Fulbright Canada supporting American universities and colleges’ recruitment efforts in Canada. She led EducationUSA’s Communications and Marketing portfolio in Canada and was responsible for EducationUSA’s engagements in Western Canada.

In addition to her career in international education, Zhaoying has been an active member in the arts and cultural community in Vancouver. She served on the boards of the Vancouver Inter-Cultural Orchestra and the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival.
